Assistance for Item Uplift: If we are collecting the items from you, we kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth uplift process. Please make sure the furniture is returned in the same condition as it was received, as we are unable to provide a full refund if there are any signs of damage or misuse.

Refund Process: Once the returned goods are back at our local warehouse and have been inspected, we will refund you the full amount paid for the items (excluding the cost of collection). Please note that for card refunds, it may take up to 7 working days from the date of processing the repayment for your account provider to credit the refund amount back to your account.

  • Our cheapSofa.co.uk delivery team will document the issue by completing an incident report form and ask you to sign it. They may also take accompanying photographs for reference.
  • The incident report form will be returned to the delivery store, where it will be logged against your order number and assessed for appropriate action.
  • If a repair is not feasible, we will either replace the furniture or provide a full refund. In such cases, the faulty goods will be returned to the ownership of cheapSofa.co.uk before the refund is processed.

Please note that a full refund will be limited to the original purchase price paid for the unsatisfactory merchandise.
